来場者入場事前登録について /
Visitor pre-registration

  • 事前に1人ずつ個人登録し、１人１枚の印刷した「来場者証」の持参・着用をお願いします。
    • 会場にて「来場者証」のQRコードを機械に読み取らせることにより、ご入場いただけます。
    • 15歳以下の方は、来場事前登録は不要ですが、「来場者証」を持参の保護者の同伴が必要です。
  • メールアドレスの登録が求められます。
    • はじめに、ご登録メールアドレスが「@tenjikai-uketsuke.com」からの自動送信メールを受信できるよう設定の上、この先の登録にお進みください。
  • 自身のメールアドレスをお持ちでない方に限り、
    • a)家族又は同じ所属の人と同一アドレス(会社の代表アドレス等）による登録を認めます。ただし、名前をはじめ異なる個別情報を登録し、各人の「来場者証」の発行・印刷が必要です。

    • b)または、会場にてスタッフが事前登録の手続きを行い、「来場者証」を発行、印刷いたします。
    • お時間がかかる場合があります。
  • 下記の利用規約等をご確認いただき、「同意する」にチェックを入れたのちに、ご来場者様の情報入力にお進みください。同意がない場合は、登録できません。
  • Each visitor to the exhibition must pre-register and have a printed visitor badge. At the venue, it is required to have the reception machine read your QR code on your own printed badge.
    • If you are 15 years old or younger, you do not need to pre-register, but you must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who has completed pre-registration and has a visitor badge.
  • Your email address is required for registration.
    • First, please set your registration e-mail address so that you can receive an automatic email from "@tenjikai-uketsuke.com" before proceeding with this registration process.

    • Only for those who do not have an email address, registration by the same address with a family member or by your company’s general email address is permitted. Even then, you will be required to pre-register your personal information and your own “Visitor Badge" will need to be issued. Alternatively, exhibition staff can help you to pre-register and print your 'Visitor badge" at the venue on your behalf.

  • If you do not agree to the following terms and conditions, you will not be able to register.
