来場事前登録について /
Visitor pre-registration

  • はじめに、ご登録メールアドレスが「@tenjikai-uketsuke.com」からの自動送信メールを受信できるよう設定の上、この先の登録にお進みください。
  • 事前に1人ずつ個人登録し、１人１枚の印刷した「来場者証」の持参・着用をお願いします。
    • 会場にて「来場者証」のQRコードを機械に読み取らせることにより、ご入場いただけます。
    • 15歳以下の方は、来場事前登録は不要ですが、「来場者証」を持参の保護者の同伴が必要です。
  • 登録にはメールアドレスが必須です。同じメールアドレスを使用した複数人の登録も可能です。
    ただし、1人ずつの異なる情報登録と来場者証(QRコード付)が必要です。
    • メールアドレスがない等の理由により来場事前登録できない方や、事前登録されても印刷した来場者証を忘れた方には、 会場にて有人対応により来場者証を発行いたしますが、お時間がかかる場合があります。ご了承ください。
  • 来場者証のコピー利用、貸し借り、交換等、ご本人以外の使用を固く禁じます。
  • 下記の利用規約等をご確認いただき、「同意する」にチェックを入れたのちに、ご来場者様の情報入力にお進みください。同意がない場合は、登録できません。
  • First, please set your registration email address so that you can receive an automatic email from "@tenjikai-uketsuke.com" before proceeding with the registration process.
  • Each visitor to the exhibition must pre-register and have a visitor badge. At the venue, it is required to have the reception machine read your QR code on your own printed exhibitor badge.
    • If you are 15 years old or younger, you do not need to pre-register, but you must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who has completed pre-registration and has a visitor badge.
  • E-mail address is required for registration. One person can register multiple people using the same e-mail address. However, information registration and one visitor badge with QR code are required for each person.
    • If you are unable to pre-register because you do not have an e-mail address, or if you have pre-registered but forgot to bring your printed visitor badge, you will be issued a visitor badge at the venue, but it will take some time.
  • Duplication, lending, borrowing, and exchanging of the visitor badge is strictly prohibited.
  • If you do not agree to the following terms and conditions, you will not be able to register.
